The founder of  M&L Management Services is Ann Moreels, a business and occupational psychologist (KULeuven, 1990), who is fully dedicated to the broad spectrum of HRM and organisational topics.  She also focuses on her PhD that is dealing with the Onboarding of New Employees and the impact of the leader on the work satisfaction, performance and turnover intentions of the newcomer. She is a certified coach (including executive coaching), conflict mediator, and is also Prince2 Certified.  She is also certified in the Big Five, MBTI en DISC(overy) (Insights).  Ann is an experienced stress- and burnout coach and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry (Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, USA). She is a lecturer at the KU Leuven (campus Antwerp – Faculty of Economics & Business Sciences) on  ‘HRM competencies’ and she is also professor at the Flanders Business School on ‘communication & presentation skills’.  Ann is also the author of several books and articles e.g. on the topics of ‘leadership’, 'HRM' en 'communication'.

Within M&L Management Services, Noël Laeremans specializes in project and interim management. He also has extensive experience in process and organizational optimisations. Noël has more than 30 years of experience in several fields: consultancy/advice (public administrations, syndic support, …), ICT management, project management and interim management. He has led teams of up to +100 staff members, IT experience in managing a server park of +5000 servers, managed projects of 10,000 PCs and +10M €, and also has experience in ICT Security Management.
